Silver Mine Subs® offers the freshest and finest hot and cold submarine sandwiches, wraps, salads, sides, soups, and chili this side of the mine. There is no grillin' or fryin'. We bake fresh bread on the premise and make subs to-order fast!

We are proud to offer a healthy alternative to fast food. Fresh sandwiches can be made-to-order, or choose from over 20 sandwich options. soups and chili. We also offer box lunches, kid friendly meals, and catering services to all our miners!
Our commitment to customer convenience
Silver Mine Subs® offers dine-in, carry-out and delivery service to our customers. Our hours of operation are typically from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m., seven days a week. Local store hours may vary.
Silver Mine Subs History
Around 1996, two guys were sitting around discussing their future. It was soon decided to leave the Midwest and travel to the base of the Rockies to seek fame and fortune, and that’s when they developed a "nugget" of an idea for a fast food operation. Soon, they were selling submarine sandwiches to people all over Northern Colorado. Silver Mine Subs® was founded with a vision of providing premium sandwiches made fast and delivery service until 3:00 a.m.
The “silver rush” of the first operation fueled their desire to grow the Silver Mine Subs® brand presence. They quickly found others who were passionate about their dedication to a healthy food concept, and developed a team that has a combined restaurant experience of over 54 years. A little over ten years later, Silver Mine Subs® is serving customers in more than 20 locations nation wide in six states, and expanding nationally.
Keith Dudek, President/CEO
In the position since April 2002, Mr. Dudek’s experience and leadership have spurred the evolution of Silver Mine Subs® from a regional concept into a national brand. He has been in the foodservice industry for more than 30 years, and has served as Director of Chicagoland Franchise Operations for Subway, Director of Operations and Corporate Development for Panda Management of Chicagoland, Director of Franchise Operations for Jimmy John's Franchise Inc. and multiple positions with McDonald’s Corporation.
John Langreck, Co-Founder
Mr. Langreck co-founded Silver Mine Subs® in 1996, on College Ave in Fort Collins, Colorado, and brings more than 15 years experience in the foodservice industry to the company. His vision and dedication have helped fuel Silver Mine Subs'® growth to 20+ locations in several states. While his knowledge extends to all areas of the business, John concentrates on new store development, financing and operations.
Lance Jones, Co-Founder
Mr. Jones co-founded Silver Mine Subs® in 1996 on College Ave in Fort Collins, Colorado, and brings more than 20 years experience in the foodservice industry to the company. His creativity and passion help distinguish the thriving Silver Mine Subs® concept in a crowded restaurant industry. While involved in all aspects of the business, Lance focuses on advertising, product development and procurement.
