Training & Support
Our three week training course in Fort Collins, Colorado covers the fundamentals of establishing and operating a Silver Mine Subs® franchised restaurant. The training program is a combination of hands-on experience in one of our corporate stores, and classroom education at our corporate office. During training, all franchise owners will receive a proprietary operations manual. Ongoing education is provided through periodic newsletters to all franchisees, franchise conferences and educational seminars held at our corporate headquarters.
  • Valuable Training and Support:
    • During your three-week training course in Fort Collins, Colorado, you’ll learn what you need to know to successfully run a Silver Mine Subs® franchised location.
    • We start with the basics – however, that is just the beginning. You’ll also learn to:
      • Choose a location
      • Hire and Train Staff
      • Schedule Staff
      • Order Food and Supplies
      • Provide "Legendary" customer service
      • Keep your location clean and neat
      • Follow protocols for inventory and audits
      • And, of course, make a return on your investment!
  • Marketing and Advertising Support:
    • Silver Mine Subs® takes care of your marketing and advertising needs for you. We will provide your location with local store marketing programs, product promotion programs and the right media plan and support materials necessary to make your franchised restaurant location a success.
  • Ongoing Training Support:
    • You will be assigned a franchise business consultant who will work with you throughout your term as a Silver Mine Subs® franchisee.
    • Quarterly Newsletters are always a source of educational and motivational content.
    • Annual franchisee convention
    • Focused field visitations, utilizing our proprietary POS technology. You will always know where you stand operationally.
Investment
Your complete investment will depend on your location, restaurant size, and the extent of renovation required. Additional capital requirements are provided in our complete franchise brochure.
Capital Requirements
The cost of opening each new Silver Mine Subs® franchised restaurant will vary depending on the size of the leased space, equipment costs, leasehold improvements, utility deposits, and other various costs that will be influenced or determined by the geographic location of the restaurant. Actual cash requirements will fluctuate based upon the net worth and credit worthiness of each individual applicant. (See item 7 in Silver Mine Subs® UFOC for further details. All estimated funds are expressed in U.S. dollars.)
